David Belton

David brings 20 years’ experience in new product Industrialisation to Quentis. This includes technical leadership and programme management roles in large pharmaceuticals to industrialise major products such as the world first pMDI integrated dose counter and leading dry powder inhalers.

He also has a breadth of experience leading teams in other core drug delivery areas such as Parenterals, Nasal sprays, and Dermatology. His previous work in the electronics industry is also a valuable asset as we move towards a world of connected healthcare.

Being well-versed in cross-functional teamworking, David is also a skilled facilitator in both business and technical processes. Based on best practice lean six sigma principles, you may find David working on early-stage design options, supplier selection, risk assessments, or manufacturing performance improvements.

Graduating from Loughborough University in Mechanical Engineering, David has continued to support the Wolfson school of Engineering, working with the Manufacturing Engineering courses on both projects and industrial placements, as well as being a member of the schools industrial board.
